There once was a boy named Gus

Today, Gus and George are playing together.

Gus and George are brothers. Gus is a big brother and George is a little brother.

Today, they are doing tricks.

George’s trick is making happy faces.

Gus’s trick is writing letters. His favourite is the letter ‘G’.

Gus and George have a lot of fun together.

Today, Gus’s buddy Georgie Porge is playing with Carin the turtle.

Together, they go to the grocery store to get some food. Georgie Porge and Carin the turtle buy an apple, a banana and apple sauce.

They also buy a bunch of toys. They buy a car, an airplane and one more last car, a green car like the Easter Bunny.

After they leave the grocery store, they go back home to play.

But they paid first.

This story was a request from Sandra and Greg for Gus to write about their turtle, Carin. Her latin name Sternotherus Carinatus. Here is a picture of Carin IRL.

Cutie Koala headed for the trees to play with her friends, the baby dragons and the big ones.

The big red dragon is friendly. The baby blue dragon is friendly too.

The koala and dragons played soccer because there were balls behind the trees and they found one.

After soccer, they went home to play some more. With cars.

When they were done, they had a sleepover and all slept at the same house.

It was the night before Easter and Gus was looking out his window for the Easter Bunny.

But he wasn’t there.

Once Gus was asleep, the Easter Bunny came, but just downstairs. He stayed for twenty minutes, pretty quick.

The Easter Bunny brought a chocolate bunny, a big one, and eggs with little cars inside.

After Gus’s house, he went to Colin’s.

Maybe he’ll come back tomorrow. I don’t know, he’s gone.

Back to his home, a big house. People’s houses are here. But bunny’s houses are far away.

Gus has a dog named Maya.

Today, Maya is having a playdate with her friend, a cow named Meow.

They went together to the Blue Castle.

They played outside the Blue Castle and did some colouring.

After playing, the cow named Meow went home to the farm. Maya joined for a visit.

The farm is where all of the cows are, but there is only one Maya.

George is setting out on an adventure today with his horse named Donkey.

Together, they get on the bus and head to the museum.

They go into the museum and check out the dinosaurs. And the cars.

They stay at the museum for a long time.

When they leave, they get back on the bus, head home and watch some TV.

Today, Gus is playing with his dad and his little brother George.

They decide to play in the backyard and Bonnie the kangaroo joins them.

Bonnie the kangaroo is friends with George.

They all sit on chairs around the table and play with little cars.

They have lots of fun together until Bonnie the kangaroo has to go home.

On a beautiful sunny day, Gus was playing with his cousins.

They were playing with toy cars, including the train and the white one. Gus and his cousins were driving the cars around, all the way to the lookout.

Eventually, they had to stop playing so they could eat supper.

After supper, they were able to play some more. And then they had to go to bed.

Once upon a time there was a baby bear named Colin. He was very lucky to have two big brothers. A dinosaur named Gus and an elephant named Landry.

One day, they decided to go for a ride on the subway.

They took the subway all the way to Ottawa. Specifically, “new Ottawa”.

Once they arrived, they went inside to play.

After playing, they got back on the subway and were home on time to eat supper.
